EasySite - PHP-MySQL Website Content Management
Create a content-managed website quickly, with no programming! Similar to site-builders like Geocities. EasySite is the only layer-based CMS of its kind. That means that all content areas & menus are DHTML layers which can be positioned anywhere!
Special Features:
- DHTML Menu Layer: The submenus poup when a main menu item is rolled-over. The Menu can be positioned vertically or horizontally.
- Image and Color Bar Tool: You can upload your company logo, and change the "color bar" images using the Content-Management tools. Color bars are the long vertical or horizontal bars that stretch the length of the every page on your site. Color bars are optional.
- WYSIWYG Editing: There exists an option for WYSIWYG (what-you-see-is-what-you-get) editing of page content. You can activate WYSIWYG editing in the Site Settings area of the Content-Management tools.
- Simple installation file for MySQL setup: If you`re unfamiliar with MySQL, that`s ok. A simple installation file is provided for the MySQL component.
- Customizable: A style editor is provided for you to easily customize the site, as well as many PHP variables that can be set in a configuration file. You can also customize many display properties in a "Site Settings" tool.
- Layer Tool: Easily add and edit floating layers, which can be positioned at any place on the screen.
- Advanced form manager, so that you can quickly create custom feedback forms. Even create multi-page forms! You can easily add new textfields, radio button groups, select lists, etc.
- Reports: create advanced, sortable reports from form submission data (new in version 2.0!).
- Advanced form options, including options for redirection, To/CC/Subject, and many more.
- Skins! (new as of version 2.1.x). Each page or form can have it own skin, which is a collection of saved styles & site settings. Thus, even page can have a different look and feel to it.
