PHP Support Tickets

PHP Support Tickets is a customer support Management System written in PHP5. It uses a Database backend but supports all major DBMSs. Clients can register and post tickets in given departments (prepared by Admins). Moderators in these departments can then answer the tickets. All three types of users (Admin, Mod and Client) can post and answer tickets, but functionality and visibility differs according to Administrative status. Many other features are included. The code is XHTML and CSS2 compliant. The PHP5 framework is Object-Oriented and follows design pattern principles of software architecture.
