Currency selector and converter for phpShop 0.80

The currency selector gives the user a choice to select his preferred currency on flypage and cart.
Products and cart are displayed in the selected currency.
For PayPal compatibility only currencies, which are accepted by PayPal are displayed.
Exchange rates are updated automatically.
The currency selector converts from Euros to other currencies.
To add new currencies, please edit the table from the included sql-file.
An admin-interface for this will follow soon.
A list of available currencies is included.
