phpComment Script - Comment script

Whit this script is simply one to leave comments on any given article, tutorial, whatever that you would like to have for your pages.
Features:
Uses an .mdb (Access) database to store comments
Smiley support that can be enabled/disabled * BB Code which supports [b] [i] and [u] tags which can be enabled/disabled
Translate posted URLs into clickable links which can be enabled/disabled
Uses CSS Stylesheets so that one can easy change the look and feel of the script
